BANG! is a tabloid magazine, published by renowned illustrator Klaas Verplancke. For each issue, Klaas invites a new guest designer. I had the honour to curate and art direct this fourth edition.
I looked for contrasting themes within his work and presented these opposites in different compositions on the wide tabloid spreads, featuring bold typography and quotes regarding Klaas' work from established creative directors from around the world.
The magazine is delivered folded in half. To enhance the notion of contrast, I experimented with this divided composition and created a "double" mirrored cover.
